Whilst working as management consultants in European Union our founders devised and delivered a business development program for Cartridge World. A dynamic global business with over 600 small business franchisees in 30 countries.

Made up of hundreds of small businesses they were missing out on the huge  benefits of loyalty marketing. Within three months REIGNITION was launched. 

Offering a complete solution  REIGNITION delivered a fully managed mobile loyalty rewards program that ran on any  smartphone. The platform included the core functionality used by big brand programs to earn millions but REIGNITION could be delivered at a fraction of the cost and without technology clutter.

Initially we agreed to run the system in 12 franchise businesses for 3 months. Following the completion of the trial REIGNITION we were able to demonstrate the following results.

• Franchisees  increased their customer retention rate by an average of 28.78%.
• New customer conversions to repeat buyers hit 31.2%. 
• Average revisit spend hit 26.7% per visit.
• The cost of attracting new customers fell to 3 euro.​

We are delighted to report that following the trial at 12 sites we are now delivering REIGNITION throughout their entire global network.
